To solve this problem, one solution is to use combat waistbands and tactical magazine pouches. Wearing magazine pouches can also provide more space for fixing and carrying equipment. And because these magazine pouches are generally padded on the inside, they can ensure a certain degree of comfort even when carrying a lot of equipment.

Triple mag pouches are usually divided into two parts - generally with 3 layers of MOLLE webbing on the outside, a padded waistband part on the inside, and an inner belt fixed to the waist.

And it is precisely because the magazine pouch has padding that it is distinguished from the range belt, and it also gives it higher comfort when carrying more ammunition, pouches and holsters.

It is a good idea to put an IFAK on the magazine pouch, but remember that the correct position for placing the IFAK is where you can reach with both your left and right hands. Like the pistol, you also need to ensure that the knife cannot be easily snatched by the attacker. I usually put a hand dagger on the left side - if one hand is occupied or injured, I can choose to take the pistol or the knife.
